They gave a glimpse at their reunion for the next part of their Strictly Come Dancing journey

Jamie Borthwick has admitted he has ‘missed’ Michelle Tsiakkas as they gave a glimpse at their reunion for the next part of their Strictly Come Dancing journey.

During the BBC One dance contest last year, Jamie was the ninth celebrity to leave the competition alongside his pro dance partner Michelle.

At the time, they landed in the dreaded dance-off for the first time during week ten of Strictly 2024 and went up against Olympian Montell Douglas and her partner Johannes Radebe, with the judges opting to save the latter couple.

Soon after his exit, which sparked outrage among fans, it was revealed that Jamie would be heading out on the road with the Strictly Come Dancing Live 2025 tour. He’ll once again perform in front of Strictly’s judges as well as thousands filling the arenas up and down the country.

Rehearsals have been getting underway for the upcoming live shows this week and over the weekend, Jamie was reunited with Michelle as they posed for photos and did some filming for the tour.

Now, Michelle has shared footage of them alongside their Strictly co-stars as they got to work training for the tour, which begins later this month. Alongside videos of them warming up, Michelle wrote on Instagram: “Tour rehearsals are underway and we are having so much fun putting together an incredible show for you.

“Good to be back together again partner @jamie_b10 Are you coming to watch us? And if so, where? Can’t wait to see you all on the road @strictlycomedancinglive.” Jamie was quick to respond to the post, writing: “Missed ya partner! Gonna be a ledge show!!”

@nothingartyfarty was also quick to ask: “Has he done a Rumba yet?” referencing Jamie’s love of the style of dance while taking part in Strictly. Michelle said in response: “That’s all he’s been doing today… @jamie_b10.” Michelle also liked a comment from @kai_strictlyx which said of Kai Widdrington as well as Jamie: “Kai and Jamie cue intense chaos.”
