Tasha Ghouri has hinted that the notorious Strictly Curse might have played a role in ending her romance with Andrew Le Page from Love Island.
A previous interview has resurfaced where Tasha spoke about her incredible journey on Strictly before news of the breakup got out. Amidst their split, fans are pouring over her past comments for clues as to why the relationship ended, reports the Mirror.

Recounting her Strictly experience to The Sun Tasha said: “I can’t even put into words how incredible the experience was. Like, honestly, every day, I’ve been on YouTube watching all the dances we did. Andrew’s getting sick of it.”
She went on to say: “He is literally like, ‘Tasha!’. I just can’t get over it because the experience was just so surreal and once it ends it just ends. And that was the hardest part, you know that was it, you’re never dancing in that ballroom again.”
The revelation of Tasha’s sentiments comes hot on the heels of the public announcement of her split. An insider previously disclosed: “Tasha was madly in love with Andrew but the cracks started to show when she appeared on Strictly.”

“She gave her all in that competition. Her focus was purely on her dances with Aljaz and that drove a wedge between them as time went by.”
The source added: “Now she’s going off on tour she’s going to be away from Andrew again. They talked about ending their relationship at the start of January and she’s heading out on the Strictly tour as a single woman.”
Meanwhile, another insider close to the couple told the publication the pair had “hit a rocky patch” and broken up. The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour is set to keep participants busy on the road until 9 February when the series of shows will culminate with a final performance in London.
Just last week, photographs surfaced of Tasha with her Strictly dance partner – with the former Love Island star appearing tense while she took a phone call. She was seen on an escalator, seemingly engrossed in a serious conversation while out and about.
However, she found solace in Aljaz’s company, as they were spotted shortly after, looking quite cheerful. The pair are currently touring the UK with a host of other Strictly 2024 contestants.
