Coleen Rooney spent a month apart from her husband, Wayne, when she was on the other side of the world, impressing fans on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
Coleen Rooney has finally reunited with Wayne after her impressive stint Down Under.
The WAG, 38, spent a month away from the former footballer, 39 on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in Australia where she almost bagged the Queen of the Jungle crown.
Wayne was not at Manchester Airport to meet his wife as she landed in the UK with their two youngest sons Kit, eight, and Cass, six, on December 11 due to his ongoing work commitments with Championship side, Plymouth Argyle Football Club. However, he finally returned home to their Cheshire on Monday, five days after Coleen landed in the UK.
After their eagerly-awaited reunion, the couple shared a festive snap from their date night on Monday where they got into the Christmas spirit at the Manchester Christmas Markets. The parents-of-four beamed in the photo surrounded by twinkly lights before shopping for gifts for their sons, who are no doubt getting hyped up for next Wednesday.

The couple’s sons Kit and Cass looked very proud of their mum when they went to meet her in Australia and now it’s been reported that the WAG from Liverpool is set to capitalise on her success following I’m A Celeb.
Hinting a lot more is to come following her jungle stint, Coleen took to Instagram to post a rare video message to her now 1.4 million followers when she got back to Blighty. She said: “Hi everyone, hope you’re ok. I’m back in the UK. I’m a bit jet lagged. The kids are in school and I just wanted to come on and say wow wow wow, I am so overwhelmed with the love, support, generosity and positivity that you’ve all shown while I was in the jungle and since I’ve come out.
“I can’t thank you enough for your messages, your comments and I am just so glad that you all enjoyed the show this year. Thank you to every single one of you that voted for me and kept me in until the end, because I got the full jungle experience. I can’t thank you enough for that. I absolutely loved it.”
She continued: “Don’t get me wrong, it was hard. It was really hard. But with your love and support and the love and support of my 11 campmates love and support and friendship, you all got me through it and I am so grateful for that.
“Some of us our watching trials back and it’s been a joy to be a part of. We are going to enjoy Christmas and I hope you all enjoy Christmas.”
Teasing her return to the spotlight, Coleen concluded: “But I just needed to come on, I need to get used to doing these videos – I actually feel like I’m sitting in the BT (Bush Telegraph). But yeah I just love you all. And I can’t thank you enough. Happy Christmas and I’ll be back on here really soon.”
