GK Barry took a swipe at I’m A Celebrity hosts Ant and Dec moments before taking part in her first challenge.

The YouTube star commented on the Geordie duo’s height after seeing them in camp.

Ant and Dec announced GK Barry – whose real name is Grace Keeling – would be doing the Vile Volcano Bushtucker Trial in last night’s show.

After breaking down in tears overcome by fear, Grace pulled herself together with pep talks from her campmates.

In a conversation with Tulisa, Grace thought of the positives, saying: “I get to see Ant and Dec.

“They are quite small in person, aren’t they?”

Stunned Tulisa replied: “You really have no filter.”

Ant stands at 5ft9, with Dec three inches shorter at 5ft 6.

Although the presenters didn’t comment on Grace’s jibe during the show, Ant hit back on I’m A Celebrity Unpacked.

Appearing on the spin-off show, Joel Dommett joked: “I don’t think you look small, I think you look normal-sized.”

Dec argued: “We’re not that small, are we?”

Ant insisted: “I’m of average height.”

Despite her trepidation, GK Barry impressed viewers in the Bushtucker trial.

She brought nine out of ten stars back to camp after successfully beating some of her biggest fears.

Gigantic spiders, rats and snakes were all fighting to stop Grace from getting food for camp – but the podcaster prevailed.

Now the woeful weather in camp means stars like Grace and Wag Coleen Rooney could even face more critters at base than during any of the trials producers have lined up.

Also in last night’s episode, viewers saw fellow campmate Barry McGuigan break down in tears while speaking about his daughter’s tragic death.

The former boxer opened up about losing Danika, 33, weeks after she was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2019.

His words left his fellow campmates heartbroken including Coleen who got very emotional speaking about her own family tragedy.

She said: “My mum and dad lost my sister so I know exactly what he’s going through.”
