The lovebirds are planning a no expense spared retreat after their impressive TV stints kept them apart for months.
An insider said: “Pete knows how much Maura loves to travel and they both want to spend some good quality time together.
“One of Maura’s favourite things to do is watch the sun set and she wants to do that with Pete. After so much time apart, they have lots to catch up on. Their schedules are incredibly busy so they are in the throes of planning now.”
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Maura landed back in the UK after coming sixth in the competition. She previously admitted to going on dates with Pete, 36, who got the boot from Strictly Come Dancing last weekend.

During her stint in the jungle, the 34-year-old confessed to campmates that she was “seeing someone” and had attempted to keep it under wraps, before they were pictured kissing.
In a conversation with GK Barry, she said: “Well we’ve already been papped, tongues down each other’s necks and we had no idea!”.
Recently quizzed on her romance with the ex Strictly Come Dancing star, Maura told Lorraine: “Honestly he’s been so supportive.
“I didn’t know if he was still in Strictly, I’m so proud of him and he’s proud of me and I can’t wait to see him.”
Meanwhile Pete threw his support behind Maura while she was in the jungle. Taking to his Instagram page, he asked his fans to vote for her to stay in camp, before Danny Jones won the show.
“I’ve been George of the Jungle [on Strictly] but now it’s time to vote for Maura of the Jungle,” he wrote at the time.
Ahead of romance rumours sparking between the pair, she was in a relationship with her fellow Love Island star Curtis Pritchard followed by Strictly professional Giovanni Pernice.
Before rising to fame on Love Island, she was also in a nine-year relationship with an ex-partner away from the public eye.
