GB News presenter Andrew Pierce shared an update about his role on the channel following a huge presenter shake-up.
Mark Dolan has been sacked from GB News.
Breakfast host Isabel is yet to speak out about her exit but her co-host Eamonn Holmes responded to the announcement on social media, writing: “Bye my girl x.”
Ellie Costello will now host the Breakfast show with Eamonn on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Stephen Dixon on Thursday and Friday. Mark will be replaced by Ben Leo on his weekend show.
Announcing the shake-up on Wednesday, the channel explained that changes to the presenting line-up “will allow us to build on success with a renewed focus and ambition”.
GB News’s Head of Programming and Talent, Ben Briscoe, said: “2024 has been a truly fantastic year for us.
“Not only are we regularly beating the other established news channels, but we are also making inroads against the big public service broadcaster terrestrial channels. Our initiatives will allow us to build on this success with a renewed focus and ambition.”

Isabel Webster will no longer present the GB News Breakfast show.
An insider from GB News has claimed to know the “real reasons” behind exits at the channel. They told MailOnline that Isabel was “too woke and not on message”, while Mark’s “viewing figures were not good”.
However, the same source said that his Saturday night show was up against BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
A second source reportedly said that the changes are “definitely down to money”. Pre-tax losses at GB News reached £42.4m in 2023 – up from £30.7m in 2022
