This Morning fans have been left stunned after they tuned in today only to see what appeared to be host Cat Deeley’s doppelganger on the show.
Eagle-eyed viewers of This Morning were left amazed by the striking resemblance between the show’s host, Cat Deeley, and her guest, Olivia Falcon. Olivia had appeared on the program to share her inspiring weight loss journey, which involved the use of the medication Ozempic.
As the episode aired, fans took to the social media platform X to express their surprise at the uncanny similarity between the two women.
Fans were stunned by the resemblance between the pair.
Olivia, a 49-year-old journalist and the visionary founder of The Editor’s List, embarked on her journey with the weight management medication Ozempic in March 2023 after receiving a concerning diagnosis of prediabetes.
Recognizing the potential health complications associated with this condition, she made the decision to take proactive measures for her well-being.
Over the course of six months on Ozempic, Olivia successfully shed 7 kilograms, a change that she attributes to her commitment to not only lose weight but also to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
She shared her motivations, stating, “I’m very focused on health and ageing well; I could see a whole raft of health issues coming in the future.”
In the past, Olivia had experimented with a variety of dietary supplements and healthy eating regimens. However, she found that these efforts often resulted in “yo-yo dieting,” where weight would fluctuate dramatically rather than lead to sustainable health improvements. With her current approach, Olivia feels more optimistic about her journey towards long-term health and wellness.

The jabs are primarily used to manage type 2 diabetes but can be used for weight loss.
However some viewers were less than enthused about the segment as they fumed over Olivia using expensive private treatments for weight loss.
One typed on X: “Middle class posh privileged guest klaxon who can afford private health care ffs.”
A second remarked: “Is anyone else absolutely fed up of the frequent weight loss jab features on #ThisMorning?”
While a third added: “I don’t understand why or how people are getting these jabs when they’re meant for diabetics.”

Ozempic works by increasing the levels of incretins – hormones – which are naturally produced by the stomach when you eat.
It helps your body to produce more insulin when needed. It also reduces the amount of glucose, or sugar, produced by the liver, and slows down how quickly food is digested. This all helps to lower blood sugar levels and HbA1c.
This drug can also reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
The active ingredient in Ozempic, semaglutide, does work for weight loss, according to research but it’s important that people continue to make lifestyle changes to help their weight loss, such as eating right and exercising.
