The Wanted singer – who she shares two children wife – died following a battle with brain cancer at the age of 33.
Kelsey told The Mirror: “ Tom and I always said we wanted four – but life had other plans. So yes, this is amazing but also bittersweet.
“I’ve felt every emotion under the sun.
“I’m still getting my head around it but I’m so excited. I just want everyone to be as happy as I am.”
Kelsey is mum to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four.
New love
In September of last year she revealed she was in a new relationship with tree surgeon Will Lindsay, 27, after posting a loved-up snap of the pair of them together.
She discovered she was pregnant again in October and admitted: “I was shocked but so happy. Will cried his eyes out.”
Will, 27, who is living in the home Kelsey shared with Tom, said: “I’m over the moon. This is something I’ve wanted for a long time. I couldn’t be happier and I know Kelsey is going to be an amazing mum, as she already is.”
Kelsey revealed that Tom’s mum Noreen has given the couple their blessing and is excited about more grandchildren.
Baby plans
Earlier this month Kelsey opened up about having kids with Will, telling The Sun’s Fabulous magazine: “Will is not really bothered about getting married or anything like that.
“But he hasn’t got children so he would like kids. I do think that could be on the cards for us. Tom and I spoke about having more kids because I wanted four.
“When he was first diagnosed, I wanted him to go and freeze his sperm, but he wouldn’t. I really wanted him to because I really believed he was going to get better.”
Kelsey, who now has half a millions social media followers thanks to helping others through their grief, recently opened up on why she has removed her wedding ring.
She told how it felt “really painful” to look down and see the band given to her by her late husband – prompting her to make the heartbreaking decision.

Sad loss
Tom died in March 2022 two years after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour known as glioblastoma multiforme.
The couple were together for 13 years before his tragic passing, and they found out he had cancer when she was 35 weeks pregnant.
Tree surgeon Will is Kelsey’s second public relationship since Tom’s death, with the mummy blogger dating electrician Sean Boggans for just under a year before splitting in December 2023.
At the time, she said it “just wasn’t right” and later said in an interview that she had faith that Tom was “sending her signs” for her from beyond.
She later said she thought Tom had given her the go ahead to move on,
She told us: “I’m quite spiritual. I had been seeing spiritual people who told me that Tom was coming through, saying: ‘Get the wedding ring off as you’re blocking yourself, you need to move forward and meet someone.”
Kelsey is more than prepared for backlash and earlier this month said: “I know people are going to judge me whatever I do, but I think what outweighs that are the people who are living this life that go on my socials and say: ‘Thank you for sharing your journey,’ because unless you’ve gone through losing a partner, you will not understand what it is like.
“I always say: ‘Walk a day in my shoes.’ They have no idea what I lived through for 18 months with Tom, something I am still processing now. Sometimes I can’t look at pictures of Tom because I find it hard. I think: ‘Why did this happen to us? Why did you leave us?’”
She added: “We just don’t know when our time is gonna come, so I know more than most we just have to enjoy the time we have.”
