Stacey Dooley shared a sweet snap of her daughter Minnie
Strictly Come Dancing winner and TV star Stacey Dooley was left “in tears” as she shared a sweet ‘baby’ update with her fans on her Instagram.
Stacey shared a picture of her daughter Minnie, who she shares with professional dancer Kevin Clifton, experiencing her first snow. The country has been given several weather warnings after heavy snowfall in the north of the country.
Whilst airports have closed and football matches have been called off, Stacey and Minnie decided to make the most of the rare display of snow as they headed outside together.
The BBC star posted a snap of Minnie in a purple coat and pink wellies as she looked out at the snow, leaving footprints behind. Stacey shared a crying face emoji, as she told fans it was “Baby’s first snow,” and it didn’t take long for the comments to flood in.
One fan said: “Look at the tiny footprints,” as another chimed in: “Teeeny cute steps.”
A third asked: “Was she impressed?” as a fourth wrote: “Aww her little footprints,” with many other fans sharing love hearts to share their appreciation.
Stacey and Kevin first got together after meeting on the 2019 series of Strictly, going onto win the show together. They welcomed daughter Minnie in January 2023.
The pair have relocated to Merseyside with their daughter, as Stacey’s mum is from Liverpool.
Kevin told Liverpool Echo last year: “Stacey loves looking at houses on the internet. Looking at interiors and stuff is her favourite thing to do.
“She just happened to have seen something she liked and thought ‘oh it’s not too far away from my mum’.
“We went and had a look and the second she walked in was like ‘I love it and I can really see us living here’. It all happened really quickly and we love it.” He added: “Our little girl is going to be raised as a Scouser.”
Stacey has been sharing updates from their home renovation on Instagram, sharing a glimpse into their family house as she slowly makes progress.
