GB News’ Mark Dolan issues huge career announcement after brutal axe

Mark Dolan has updated fans on what is next for him after he was suddenly sacked by GB News last week.

Mark Dolan has announced that he will be embarking on a new career in the New Year. The 50-year-old TV presenter has created his own YouTube channel after being suddenly sacked by GB News.

He initially created the channel on the online streaming service to deliver a tell-all video about what really happened in the run up to his GB News departure. But now, he has shared that he will be creating his own show on there – The Mark Dolan Show.

The TV host shared that his “global premiere” would be happening in January 2025 as he shared a bit about what can be expected from it. In a Twitter update on Saturday evening (December 21), Mark wrote: “MARK DOLAN SHOW UPDATE I’m going to invite LEFTIES on the show.

“It will be TERRIBLE for ratings, but I want the show to reflect ALL VIEWS. Global premiere in January 2025.”

In another post, Mark shared a snap of him enjoying a pint in his local pub. He captioned it: “First Saturday night off in 5 YEARS. BIG THINGS coming in 2025. THE MARK DOLAN SHOW launches in JANUARY. Subscribe NOW and join my media revolution.”

Taking to his YouTube account on Friday evening (December 20), he posted a clip called ‘SACKED by GB News – My Story’ as he explained what had happened, saying that it has “escalated”.

In the lengthy clip, the TV host admitted: “Let me tell you that leaving GB News was not my choice.

“I was fired. It took minutes. But let me tell you, they did it nicely.”

Speaking about his new venture, Mark added: “It’s my view that Britain needs GB News and I believe it will prevail.

“But I am going to prevail too, and then some, with an online product that will get the country and the world talking. I can do more here than I could do over there, so watch me go.”

He also claimed that his own show would be “uncensored and unapologetic”, as he is no longer appearing on GB News. The presenter also promised that he would be “naming and shaming in the months ahead”.
