The Masked Singer fans are convinced they have identified the celebrity hiding behind the eye-popping Pufferfish disguise – and they don’t agree with the judges.

The Masked Singer returned for another episode today – and while Spaghetti Bolognese has now been revealed as ITV’s Kate Garraway and Pegasus as Prue Leith, viewers are still none the wiser when it comes to Pufferfish.

Theories have flooded the internet while fans try to crack the code in the riddle. The spiky-faced fish issued the following riddle on the show: “Being pumped up all big can feel quite excessive. Sometimes seeing small is just as impressive.”

The judging panel had their theories, with special guest Vicky McClure (Line of Duty) betting on Kelly Osbourne, and regulars like Maya Jama going for reality star Nicole Richie, who starred with Paris Hilton on the recently revamped The Simple Life.

Mo Gilligan opted for Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon, while Davina selected Hayden Panettiere.

Jonathan Ross was the only one to guess a male celebrity, deciding on soul singer Rag n Bone Man. However, fans at home had other ideas entirely.

They’d received clues including the phrase “It runs in the family” and a reference to America.

Armed with that information, one declared: “I’m calling it – Kim Cattrall.”

Another agreed: “The pufferfish is definitely Kim Cattrall as the rolling of dice landing on 11 is when she moved back to the UK at the age of 11 to Liverpool after moving to Canada as a baby.

“Wikipedia has confirmed my guess!”

Several others echoed these ideas, with strong support now building for the idea.

There was also support from one fan for Miley Cyrus being the hidden voice behind the disguise, as she was just emerging as a child star at age 11 and singing runs in her family, with dad Billy Ray being a famous country crooner who had huge chart hits in the 1990s.

Meanwhile, as speculation rose about Pufferfish, fans had the mystery solved when it came to Spaghetti Bolognese.

It was Kate Garraway, who’d even kept her appearance a secret from her family and quipped after being unveiled: “I can’t sing and I kept telling them that. They kept saying, ‘It doesn’t matter!'”
