It’s the queen’s birthday, and the King is ecstatic on her big day.
LeBron James has had an incredible past few months.
From watching his son get drafted to winning gold in Paris and then going on a Capri vacation with his wife, the 39-year-old is relishing his great times.
To augment the experience, today also marks the 38th birthday of his high school sweetheart, Savannah James, and he couldn’t hold his emotions.
The four-time NBA champion took to Instagram to wish his wife on her big day. Writing “Queen Day!!”, he dedicated an Instagram story to her.
In the story, Savannah James is flaunting a pair of opulent gold earrings, fitting her royal personality and dauntless approach to life. And the appreciation is well deserved.

She is the primary reason the Akron Hammer can play ball worry-free. While he practices relentlessly to sharpen his game, Savannah James is holding down the James fort.
More than being a mother to three children, she has also launched multiple ventures, inspiring mothers and women around the world.
Today was also meant to be the day the new episode of her ‘Everybody’s Crazy’ podcast releases. However, it seems her birthday celebration could be the reason behind the halt of the project.
The words LeBron James used for her carried those sentiments. “My wife takes care of the business, man. She’s the best. Without her, I wouldn’t even be in this position to be able to do what I do and love the game. I love it,” he said after claiming gold honors in Paris.
Another family milestone is on the way for LeBron James soon
The landmarks for the James family aren’t going to stop anytime soon.
Today it is Savannah James’ birthday. A little less than two months later, LeBron James will see his biggest dream manifest into reality.
He might get to share the floor beside Bronny James, his eldest son.
Since the Lakers drafted him, the anticipation for the moment has been bubbling. James’ first time admitting the dream was when he sat beside his wife during an interview.
“I need to be on the floor with my boy. I gotta be on the floor with Bronny” he then told ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
The chance is finally here for the King. In October, the Purple and Gold will begin their preseason schedule. That could be the very first moment the father-son tandem share the floor.
Or it could be in the season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves. For James, the father, it might not matter where.
The moment it happens will be the first time a father-son pair have ever been teammates in the history of the NBA. Within the countless accolades, this one LeBron James might rank the highest.
