While some media outlets have tried to keep the debate alive between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, the latter definitely ended this Friday during a final duel.

The Fever player atomized the competition, without any response in return.

Much like the duel between Victor Wembanyama and Chet Holmgren last year in the NBA , the debate between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese is finally over in the WNBA.

While the media may have tried to keep the suspense going, the truth is that Clark has been raising her voice in recent months, as she should be a fairly comfortable winner of the rookie of the year award.

Caitlin Clark ends debate with Angel Reese

It must be said that the leader closed the debate this Friday with a last exceptional performance: 31 points, 12 assists, 4 rebounds in a 100 to 81 victory against Angel Reese’s Sky.

The latter was never able to answer her with 10 points and 11 rebounds, including some statistics acquired in garbage time in order to save the day, which is not a first for her .

While Clark is focused on wins and not trophies, she definitely just won the ROY title even if it made the difference a long time ago.

LeBron James was the first to notice, reacting on Twitter.

Caitlin Clark!!!!! Hey haters

The debate is finally over between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. The Fever player has put an end to the discussions, and this is just the beginning for the new WNBA star. The competition will definitely have to be wary going forward.
