NBA Victor Wembanyama

Victor Wembanyama broke everything during his first season in the NBA, but he still has a lot of room for improvement.

His physique remains at the heart of the debates, a big name in the league rackets having recently addressed the subject.

A few weeks later, disappointment must have turned into ultimate motivation for Victor Wembanyama.

Beaten in the Olympic final by the United States, the French pivot will return to American soil next season.

The opportunity for him to take his revenge… and it promises to be quite a carnage.

As we know, the former Mets player is a hard worker as well as a born competitor. Losing a final must have seriously stung his pride and that will please the Spurs.

Unanimous Rookie of the Year in 2023-24 with more than 21 points, 10 rebounds and almost 4 blocks on average, the Alien should logically be in perfect psychological condition to approach his sophomore campaign in the league.

That’s good, the surprise effect has now dissipated in the NBA. Not sure that all the teams have found the formula to counter the V, but one thing is certain: no one wants to underestimate him anymore.

Last year, many were caught off guard by the V, his alien physique being a nightmare for many forwards including the most experienced ones like Vooch.

In 2024-25, however, everyone will be determined not to be walked all over by the one who is already predicted to win truckloads of DPOY trophies.

The physical challenge will therefore be extreme for the Chesnay native, but he has already prepared for it since he revealed that he has gained weight in recent months.

Let’s hope that this is enough to once again face Jokic, Embiid & co.

Nikola Vucevic believes that Victor Wembanyama is physically weaker than average, but that doesn’t stop the Alien from dominating.

Enough to allow him to become a legend on the courts without being a closet? That’s what we wish for him.
