Victor Wembanyama has splashed the league with his talent last year in the NBA, to the point where he was rightly rewarded in the next installment of NBA 2K.
But the placement of a star, behind the Frenchman, is controversial among some fans.
Already rightly considered a true star in the NBA, Victor Wembanyama certainly has a bright future in the league.
We could see him win the title of best defender of the season in 2025, while a place in the playoffs with the Spurs would be a solid goal.
So naturally, NBA 2K25 has found a way to reward him for the fall.
Victor Wembanyama already rewarded
As the player ratings continue to come out, the new installment arriving at the beginning of September, we have just learned that Wemby is the 18th highest rated player with a mark of 91 – the only one at the start.
He falls behind Kyrie Irving and Kawhi Leonard, while Tyrese Haliburton and Ja Morant are behind him to round out the top 20.

It must be said that the leader has had a series of problems in recent years.

Dirty work, Victor Wembanyama is not better than Ja Morant
Does Victor Wembanyama deserve to be ahead of Ja Morant? With the point guard having suffered a string of suspensions and an injury to boot last year, it’s no surprise that his rating is dropping.
The Grizzlies star will have his work cut out for him when he returns.
