Tommy Fury has broken his silence on his split with ex-fiancé Molly-Mae Hague on This Morning in his first live television interview since their very public break-up as his debut book hits shelves today.

The 25-year-old boxer opened up about his “turbulent few months” as he appeared on the show with Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley to talk about the launch of his brand new book ‘Lightning Can Strike Twice: My Life As A Fury’ which was released today on Thursday, October 10.

The book comes just two months after Tommy’s shock split with the beauty influencer, who he co-parents one-year-old daughter Bambi with.

The former couple, who first met on Love Island in 2019, announced the sudden end of their five-year relationship back in August with widespread speculation that their engagement had ended due to Tommy being unfaithful.

The boxer, who has previously denied these rumours, has now revealed his side of the story as he confessed that he will continue to love and respect Molly “until the day he dies”.

Regarding the cheating allegations, he said: “There’s been a lot of critics out there and there will be critics out there till the day I die. Everyone will point the finger when there’s a bandwagon to jump on.

“But at the end of the day you know out of respect of Molly and out of respect of myself, our relationship and to us I’m gonna let us deal with that in private as much as we can.”

Fury, who has added a new chapter to his pre-written book following his split from the Maebe owner, also 25, strongly reiterated: “Me and Molly and Bambi, we are a family and we’re going to tackle this in private.”

When pressed further about what really went down between him and Molly, he remained tight lipped and appeared to swerve the question as he replied: “Yeah like I say I’m gonna leave all that stuff for me and Molly to work through.

“At the end of the day a lot of stuff has been put out there, you know the whole world has seen what we’ve been going through for the past two months. Like I say it’s my family and at the end of the day I’ll love them till the day I die.”

However, the younger brother of Tyson Fury, did tease that fans will be able to find out more in his new book where he talks “freely” about he felt during this tough time in an added chapter to keep “everyone up to date”.

SIMILAR ARTICLES TO THISTommy and Molly are understood to still be in regular contact as they share custody of Bambi, with both of their statements at the time of the split confirming that the tot would remain their priority.

The boxer confirmed on This Morning that he has been keeping busy the past few months by “knuckling down on his training and taking my daughter to ballet and swimming”.
