Now looking to continue making the most of her rising star, Angel has revealed that she will soon be releasing the first episode of her podcast, Unapologetically Angel.

A teaser trailer was released on Tuesday, featuring highlights of Angel in action, along with snaps of her at red-carpet events and posing for photoshoots.

At the end, she sat down in her new podcast studio, tapping the pink microphone before the launch date of September 5 was revealed.

“So excited for this!” Angel captioned her retweet of the post.

It was also announced that Emmy Award winner Maya Reese would be working as co-host and co-producer of the show.

“Secrets out. still freaking out. @Reese10Angel, you ready?!” Maya said on X.

“I’m looking forward to this so much,” Reese said in a clip following the announcement.

“Y’all are going to see you’re favorite celebrities, actresses, artists, anybody that you wanna see.

“We’re going to be spilling the tea from our voice, our narrative, our perspective, before the blogs which y’all think y’all clocking tea – y’all not clocking no tea because we’re gonna spill the tea on our real lives. Period.”

Angel then reshared the clip, adding, “Little miss keeps a bag, makes y’all mad, stays in y’all bag, never cared about what y’all say about her, basketball player, model, business women, broadcaster, influencer, and actress, ETC. is starting her own podcast!

Stephen A. Smith labeled a ‘coward’ by WNBA icon Sheryl Swoopes for Caitlin Clark remarks in social media tirade
“I’m taking my voice back & clearing all the false narratives. I hope y’all ready.”

Fans were thrilled to hear about Angel’s latest career venture, flocking to the comments section to congratulate the former LSU star.

“That’s why I’m glad Angel has her own podcast now,” one fan wrote – which Angel later retweeted.

“[People] will get to know her better and she can dismiss all of these fake narratives [people] create on [social media] about her for engagement.”

A second said, “I love this woman real bad.”

While a third suggested, “If you’re smart you’ll have [Caitlin Clark] on !!!!!”

Many others also praised Angel for ‘capitalizing on her brand’ with the podcast – similar to how NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce have done over the past couple of years.

Their New Heights podcast launched in 2022 and it has since gone on to launch the Kelce brothers to another level of fame and dizzying career heights.

On YouTube alone, the podcast has over 2.4 million subscribers.

It was recently reported that the brothers had signed a new deal with Amazon’s Wondery to give them exclusive commercial sales and distribution rights, as per Variety.

The deal is said to be worth over $100 million over three years.
