Shirley Ballas is best known for her beloved role as head judge on BBC’s star-studded competition series, Strictly Come Dancing.

Away from the dance show, the 64-year-old has given fans a glimpse into her London home through the eyes of her pet dog, Charlie.

The duo starred on Channel 4’s Celebrity Snoop Dogs, which revealed that although the outside of her property is strictly traditional, the inside is incredibly modern and cosy.

In addition to the TV show, Shirley also gave fans another glimpse at her abode during the festive season with a look at her stylish dining room, in photos obtained by OK!

Behind the table, a console table with two navy-shaded lamps provides optimum ambient lighting to create a perfect relaxing atmosphere.

Branching off from the dining room, Shirley’s home also boasts its very own cocktail bar, which is fully stocked with a variety of wines and spirits that make entertaining guests during her dinner parties that bit easier.

The bar itself is set against an abstract-printed wall, with a wooden surround detail across the front. Complimentary bar stools complete the look.

The TV star also showed off her modern twist on a country-style kitchen complete with an island, large glass-fronted units, and a top-of-the-range oven.

Although her counters were largely clear, there was a peek at the bright red bread bin, a large blender and a kettle perfectly situated on top.

Further into her home, Shirley’s family were heavily featured in her living room, with multiple photos of her loved ones and her own career milestones dotted around the shelves.

Another stack of shelves held space for her trinkets and treasures some of which she revealed belonged to her mum, who moved in three years ago.

In a poignant moment, Shirley showed viewers the stunning urn which held her late brother David’s ashes, after he tragically took his own life in 2003.

As the dancer stated, “This is my darling brother. It’s been all over the world with me.” The camera narrowed to the photos of David, which were placed next to the urn.

Heading upstairs was Shirley’s plush bedroom and her bed had a plethora of pillows stacked on them as well as a walk-in wardrobe.

Through her room was a glamorous mirrored dressing table and stool which placed in front of her windows, ensuring she has natural sunlight when getting ready.

The property’s third floor is home to Shirley’s separate dressing room, and similar to a clothing store, there are rows of clothes on the hanger and an entire shelving unit of shoes.

After years of living in Los Angeles and closer to her son Mark, 28, Shirley moved to London after Strictly’s Len Goodman stepped down and is currently lives in an affluent area of Dulwich in Southeast London in a “gated community built by Barratt Homes.”
