Angel Reese’s rant on her rivalry with Caitlin Clark: “I don’t think she’s okay with that”

Often compared this season, the rivalry between Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark can sometimes take a sordid and even disturbing turn.

This is what the Sky player reveals in the latest episode of her podcast.

While Caitlin Clark will be named rookie of the year in a few weeks after an exceptional season, Angel Reese has not really managed to keep up the pace.

She has continued to accumulate rebounds, of course, but her shooting percentage has drastically dropped, while the Sky continue to lose places on their side.

A rather complicated last part of the campaign.

Reese should be a good ROY contender, probably second, but she won’t be immune to the mockery and comparisons.

It must be said that the media has been comparing the two players for a long time, to the point where ESPN even ranked Reese ahead of Clark , as if to provoke the fans.

But this soap opera sometimes goes way too far.

Angel Reese Gets Upset About Some Fans

Because if Clark seems to be adored by almost everyone, this is not at all the case for Reese.

She has her supporters of course, but she also receives a lot of criticism and insults of all kinds. In the first episode of her podcast, she even reveals that some people have crossed certain limits. Very worrying for the future.

Angel Reese on Caitlin Clark’s fans : “I think it’s mostly fans, her fans, the Iowa fans, now the Indiana fans, they’re totally supportive of her.

And I respect that, but sometimes it’s really disrespectful. I think there’s a lot of racism in there and I don’t think she’s okay with that. But when there’s death threats…”

“I’m talking about people who came to my address, who followed me home, these are things that happened several times.”

An interesting and rather sad revelation from the player, who obviously has a lot to deal with off the court. But for other fans, it’s anger that prevails and for another reason: Reese chose to talk about Clark immediately in her first podcast.

It starts the podcast and goes straight to Caitlin lol no one saw that coming😂

The rivalry between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese is real, to the point where fans are already taking it way too far. Let’s hope it doesn’t get out of hand and that the Sky player is left alone in the future. Especially since it’s only just beginning.
