During Wednesday’s visit to the ITV studios (December 25), the brunette beauty fronted the morning show with her co-hosts Ed Balls and Kate Garraway for the festive special.
The dynamic trio woke up the nation on Christmas morning as they discussed some of the biggest stories hitting the headlines.
This included the exciting festive TV shows set to dominate our screens over the festive period, including an Emmerdale bombshell return and Gavin and Stacey’s epic finale.
Moments before interviewing Jenny Agutter and Stephen McGann from Call the Midwife, Susanna halted the show as she granted her co-star’s Christmas wishes on the show.
As Kate cheekily munched down on a chocolate on camera, Susanna suggested that the trio take a break from the show to share “a moment” on the show.

Susanna chuckled: “All your Christmases have come at once! Yes, let’s do it” as the former MP gushed: “Oh my Gosh, it’s a miracle.”
She went on: “Come on, we started the programme, wondering whether it might ever happen so here we go.” The group then rose from their desks and enjoyed a sweet group hug on the show as they shouted: “Happy, happy Christmas.”
Kate couldn’t help but note: “That’s a moment for us all” as Ed admitted: “You’ve made my year. How many times have you said you’d do that?”

“Most importantly, I want to thank all the fans who’ve gone out and bought it and have loved it. That’s why we do what we do – we do it for you” This is an extraordinary bit of icing on the cake – I couldn’t be happier. It’s incredibly special.”
