Last push Jungle bosses know who they want in the final – as the public have rightly noticed: Rebekah Vardy’s I’m A Celeb diary

Watch as Becky shares her thoughts on why leaving the jungle is tough for the campmates

I was shocked to see Grace leave last night. She was incredibly refreshing, honest, and so much fun.

I’m really going to miss her stories and chats with the Reverend. She’s definitely going to be missed for her personality, honesty, and let’s not forget her screaming—she was fab.

Alan will also be missed for his pranks. He loved a prank, didn’t he? And the fact that he just got on with things—he was definitely a doer. However, I don’t think he was getting enough air time towards the end.

The show clearly knows who they want in the final, as the public have rightly noticed. No flies on them, is there? And GK called it, didn’t she?

Last night, we also saw visits from family members to lift camp’s spirit.I loved seeing Danny with his family. His little boy is so cute, and his wife is absolutely beautiful.

Oti’s husband was also amazing. You can tell they have such an incredible and genuine relationship. They’ve been together for 10 years. Wow, congratulations to them both!

It’s so refreshing to see a relationship like theirs, especially in the public eye—not put on for the cameras, not forced, just genuine love. He’s so proud of her, and rightly so; she’s absolutely amazing.

It was also lovely to see Coleen with her boys. It’s such a great experience for the children, especially if they’re old enough to visit the set. It’s quite a distance from the hotel, over an hour, and you have to leave super early before the show goes live.

Behind the scenes secrets

Mine absolutely loved that experience. Although we took them out of school, I still made sure they had a tutor out there every day, which, of course, didn’t go down too well. But behind the scenes, it’s absolutely unbelievable.

You don’t realize how big the set and production are. It really is massive.

Sometimes, once you cross the bridge to go over to do a trial, you get bundled and blindfolded into what I used to call a jungle wagon, which takes you to the trial set. It’s crazy because all your senses are thrown off—you have no idea where you are or what direction you’re going in.

I think they do that to mess with you, to get your adrenaline pumping, so you’re all over the place when you reach the trial.

Bullying row

I’ve been seeing some things written about Dean being a bully in the jungle, so I think it’s time to nip that in the bud. I’m sorry, but did I miss something?

If anyone thinks that ITV would allow any form of bullying in their camp, they are very mistaken. It just doesn’t happen. You’re watched 24/7 and would absolutely be pulled up and given a warning for any untoward or negative behavior towards fellow campmates.

The show has a massive duty of care to all of its contestants, which I’m told they take very seriously. I just don’t think that’s ever the case. This is how crazy rumours start—one person starts something, and then so many believe it. It just shows how we live in such a “woke” society these days. It’s absolutely bonkers.

With just two days left, the smaller the camp gets, the harder it becomes. You find yourself having to do more and more. Weaknesses really start to show, and it becomes more exposing.

Life after the jungle

But there’s no feeling like the excitement when your name is called and your time is done. At the same time, don’t forget that the apprehension of having to re-establish yourself in the real world after three weeks in that jungle is quite daunting and overwhelming for some people.

The jungle is a self-discovery journey—one that’s tough but equally magical. It teaches you that time is precious and important, and that you should live life to the fullest, with absolutely no regrets.

And importantly, when you come out and re-watch things, you see a different show. You experience one thing, but the viewers see something different.

24 hours in the camp is a very, very different experience from just one hour of what the public sees on TV. I think that’s so important for everyone to remember.

No one can ever ever take away your moments in that show, and no one will ever be able to rewrite your own personal experience – even if it was p***ing down with rain.

Finally, good luck to the final four!
