I’m A Celebrity fans were left feeling disgruntled after co-hosts Ant and Dec shared some disappointing news about the ITV show ahead of Saturday’s semi-final.

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! fans were left disgruntled when presenters Ant and Dec announced a last-minute change to the show’s schedule. With the much-loved Celebrity Cyclone challenge looming and the finale fast approaching, fans were buzzing with anticipation for the episode ahead.

But the presenting pair had to break the news that Saturday’s episode would be pushed back due to the premiere of Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern’s new game show, You Bet!

Tonight, I’m A Celebrity will vacate its usual 9pm spot in favour of a later 9.30pm start. Annoyed viewers complained on social media, dismayed by the prospect of a later night. The penultimate episode will now conclude at 10:35 PM.

One viewer lamented: “9.30!!???” while another bemoaned: “9.30pm start tomorrow gunna be a late night,” complete with a downcast emoji.

Another fan expressed their shock: “9.30??? PM??? You’re having a laugh”, as reported by the Mirror.

It comes after fans complained about a new twist introduced just before the final. The remaining contestants competed in a trial for a chance at securing a coveted ticket for the Celebrity Cyclone.

Former Strictly professional Oti Mabuse earned the ticket and immunity from the next two eliminations. Fans, however, expressed their discontent with the change, feeling “rigged” by the loss of their power to vote.

One viewer said: “So they can win cyclone and there’s no vote for which two go? It’s feeling rigged.”

Another chimed in: “I don’t like how we don’t get to choose who’s in the cyclone? Like it’s normally who we all voted for and wanted there. And I know it’s a good camp; just seems a bit c**p.”

This year, semi-finalists Oti, Coleen Rooney, Danny Jones and Rev Richard Coles will face an even greater challenge as the cyclone includes fire for the first time ever.

In a sneak peek at tonight’s episode, the quartet can be seen on a rotating platform with water gushing around them – and for the first time in the show’s history, fire is launched into the air. As the campmates scream and shout, hosts Ant and Dec clearly enjoy the drama, with Ant exclaiming: “This is like my Christmas.”

After Dec commends Danny, Richard, Oti, and Coleen, telling them they’re doing “good work”, a massive burst of fire and flames erupts into the cyclone, causing Coleen to scream in terror.
